I was able to perform the procedure on a patient with Lorenzo. This provides the background needed to perform this procedure safely and effectively in patients. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a wonderful clinic and such incredible customer service. I ordered some suntan lotion and emailed to ask if it could be dispatched quickly as I was about to go away. My Seffiller treatment was carried out by Dr Lorenzo, who is extremely knowledgeable and has a genuinely lovely bedside manner. From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, I felt listened to, respected and completely at ease. The clinic itself is tucked away just off Bermondsey Street, only a short walk from London Bridge station, making it a perfect and very convenient location that is easy to get to. I chose this treatment because I previously had cheek and tear trough filler many years ago, which I later had dissolved in 2021 after a practitioner at a previous clinic had overfilled my face, causing significant distortion. Unfortunately, hydrolase was overused during the dissolution process and dissolved my own facial tissue, leaving me with permanent asymmetry. This has caused me significant emotional distress, and as a result I have had to be very conservative when considering any corrective treatment. It has taken me a long time to find both the right treatment and the right practitioner. I needed something that could act like a filler in terms of restoration and balance, but wasn’t a traditional filler. Finding an autologous treatment like Seffiller, which uses my own body fat and regenerative components rather than synthetic products, felt like the safest and most appropriate option for me. Just as important was finding a clinician with the experience and skill to carry out the treatment, as feeling safe and reassured was essential. When I learned about Seffiller at SE1 Medical, which uses epidermal growth factors to help regenerate skin tissue and support collagen and elastin using autologous fat from another area of the body, it felt like the right choice. Knowing that the treatment is completely natural and uses my own tissue was very reassuring, especially as achieving natural-looking results was extremely important to me. The downtime was around 10 days. I wasn’t able to go to the gym during this time, but after that everything returned to normal. Since then, I have really started to notice the benefits — my skin looks less tired, my malar bags have dramatically improved, my facial features appear more balanced, and the overall skin quality and texture are amazing. My makeup sits beautifully, and I’ve even reached the point where I can comfortably go without makeup during the day without looking tired. My skin looks refreshed, revived and genuinely glowing. I have been going to SE1 Medical for almost a year now for various treatments (botox, facials etc.). I always find that the care of each staff member is of the utmost attention and quality. I just had a microdermabrasion facial for the first time at the clinic with Sylvia. The total treatment lasted just about an hour, and I left with glowing immediate results (no redness for me). The photos attached show me during and right after (make note that I haven’t had botox treatment in four months and how clear and smooth my skin looks)! Sylvia particularly took time to analyze my skin and listen to my areas of concern. She not only gave me feedback but I felt the treatment she did was carefully executed. The treatment also included a proper facial, along with a face massage (similar to lymphatic drainage techniques) and down the neck to shoulders. I would highly recommend requesting Sylvia for a microdermabrasion facial, if you’re lucky enough to find a slot she isn’t already booked! Top care and quality!

I’ve been going to SE1 Medical for over a year now to get Botox and LED facials, and I can honestly say my experience has been nothing short of five star. They’re a friendly and professional family run business that employ the very best medical professionals and staff. I was a little hesitant to get Botox for the first time, but all concerns were laid to rest from my very first interaction with the clinic. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the first phone conversation with Emma to the consultation and procedure with Dr Lorenzo I felt 100% comfortable. The consultation was extremely thorough and I felt that Dr Lorenzo really listened to my concerns and treated me as an individual. What has put me off procedures in the past is my tendency to bruise. I explained this to Dr Lorenzo and he took extra care not to cause any bruising. He applied a numbing cream to the areas in question, massaged them during the procedure and applied an ice pack to them thereby avoiding any bruising. I was delighted by this since I have bruised so badly in the past with other practitioners. The clinic itself is beautiful, striking the perfect balance between being welcoming and professional. You can tell that there has been a lot of attention to detail and care in designing it. I feel confident that I'll be happy with the results of my visit today.

I saw Dr Luke last month and during our hour consultation, he spent almost half of that time actively listening to what I was looking to achieve. Great experience here. Staff were friendly, professional and very highly qualified. I was treated by a surgeon which is is amazing considering that only 32% of injectors in London are medical doctors (13% nurses), let alone surgeons. Extensive knowledge of anatomy can make a big difference in satisfactory outcomes and avoidance of certain risks. Very happy with my results. My consultation was very thorough, helpful, and kind. While I was helpfully made aware of all the options for my concern, at no point did I feel pushed or pressured into additional treatments or spending more money. The pricing is reasonable and at the lower end of the range -- especially given the quality. I originally thought it might be a slightly more expensive option, however, when you consider how their pricing scales for multiple treatments it was significantly more budget-friendly than other options I was looking at overall. Other advertisers appeared cheaper at first glance but in the end actually weren't.

After researching for an aesthetician that could offer personalized skincare I came across SE1 Medical Aesthetics. I wanted a good microdermabrasion procedure to reduce fine lines and even out my pigmentation. My expectations were absolutely surpassed! I have recently completed 6 sessions of Dermafrac treatment with Emma. I was a little bit reluctant at the beginning, mainly because I was scared of how my skin would react to microneedling. Emma was very reassuring and explained everything in detail. With my surprise, from the very first session my skin, usually very sensitive, reacted surprisingly well, with very limited redness after the treatment and a nice glow. I think this is also due to Emma who knows how to handle with my skin and she is not heavy handed. After six sessions I can say my skin looks better: the derma abrasion step has helped so much with all the congestion and blackheads I had around the nose. Texture is more uniform and generally speaking my pores get clogged less easily. I also appreciated hygiene levels and attention to safety in the clinic. Everything is done very professionally and nothing is improvised. Overall I am really satisfied and can’t wait to come back for my next treatment.

My skin looks glowy and refreshed and the experience in the office was really relaxing with essential oils and lots of blankets to keep me comfy for my hour there. This really put me at ease as it was clear from the get go that there was no pressure to commit to any treatment and simply provided a chance to express and discuss issues and concerns and build upon your own knowledge of aesthetics with an expert like Dr Kate, who has been wonderful throughout. Her expertise in this field alongside her wealth of experience has been invaluable. After a thorough consultation I decided to have a Botox treatment, as it was my very first time it was suggested I start very naturally (again, a testament to the integrity of this clinic - they will never push you to have "more"). I am super thrilled with my results and cannot wait to continue my aesthetic journey.

I've seen many dermatologists (mostly unhelpful) for my skin concerns over the years, but to no avail; thankfully, there are still quality dermatologists around (whom I wish I found earlier), like Emma at SE1 Medical Aesthetics. Emma the clinic manager performed my DermaFrac treatment; it was a relaxing experience, resulting in my skin looking clearer and feeling smoother already! I also received items for my own tailored routine (including an SPF and retinol) to supplement my aftercare and I was given clear instructions of do's and don'ts via email (PDF). The whole process was super easy and straightforward, I'd 100% recommend visiting Emma - I'm looking forward to my next appointment in a month's time to see more improvement!

Would highly recommend Emma and Dr. Lorenzo - both are extremely knowledgeable, qualified and very friendly. The clinic feels more like a medical spa based in science and you do not feel like you are being sold gimmicky services like other clinics I've been too. I've also seen great results from all their services and have incorporated going into my monthly routine. I also love how it has a real neighbourhood family-run feel - everyone remembers your name and it feels very personal. I would also recommend joining their mailing list for occasional promotions!

I had a skin analysis, DermaFrac microdermabrasion, microneedling and LED treatment and was super impressed with the whole experience. Emma was so knowledgable and gave me a whole new skin routine to follow and taught me how better to look after my skin. My skin feels amazing and can see positive changes after 1 session. I went for my first facial at SE1 Medical Aesthetics and it was great! Emma was very friendly and explained everything to me as she was doing it and we had a nice chat too! My skin feels great and she gave me a very detailed skin care routine to take forward, and tips for someone who swims and dries out their skin a lot! I am very happy with my botox results. Dr. Lorenzo and Emma are so lovely and welcoming. Dr. Lorenzo pays attention to what you want and helps to provide you with a rather relaxing experience. I just found it quite expensive compared to other clinics in central London, but I recommend it for sure.

I initially chose SE1 Medical Aesthetics because it's close to where I live and work, but it has turned out to be a real find. Aside from the great location in a converted warehouse set back from Bermondsey St, my experience so far has been extremely positive. Each time I have visited for a treatment (fillers – lips and jawline) I have been made to feel very welcome by reception and completely reassured by Dr Lorenzo’s ability and judgement. There’s no danger of coming out looking like a Love Island contestant (unless that’s what you really want?!!) so if you’re looking for natural, yet effective results then I couldn’t recommend Dr Lorenzo enough. Their prices are also very competitive.

I have had facial this morning with Emma that was absolutely amazing. The facial itself is so relaxing and you feel like you are in heaven! My skin feels like so clean, hydrated and healthy! I had my first treatment at SE1 Medical Aestetics yesterday and I was delighted with my experience. Emma and Dr Lorenzo are both very professional and friendly at the same time. The whole process was very thorough and it included the medical history, consultation and pre and post treatment photos. Dr Lorenzo took his time with the treatment to make me as comfortable as possible. The clinic itself is impeccable and tasfufully decorated, a lot nicer then many other clinics in London. I will be back!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The customer service is next level. Lorenzo’s attention to detail is incredible and he makes you feel at ease from the minute you walk in for your consultation. My results have been fantastic. I have had Botox and lip fillers and both are very natural. The aftercare is clearly explained, the clinic is very clean and they don’t cut any corners. Emma is also super responsive, accommodating and super friendly. :) I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Really positive experience at SE1 Medical Aesthetics. Lorenzo was great - very personable, reassuring and efficient with my Botox. It was the first time I had had it done and I was a little nervous but it makes a huge difference knowing you are working with medical professionals. He said I could pop in again 2 weeks later to check I was happy with the results / if I needed any areas topped up but I didn't feel I needed it. The clinic is in a handy location in a quiet courtyard just off Bermondsey Street and has lovely attention to detail in its design. Thank you SE1 team I'm really happy with the results!
