How do the subscriptions work?
You pay a fixed amount each month. Every payment is added to your account as credit, equal to what you've paid, and you can spend it on any of our services and retail products.
How do I use my credit?
When you subscribe, you'll receive your own unique booking code. Enter it when booking online and your appointment is free to book. Your credit is deducted on the day, after your treatment is complete.
What if my treatment costs more than my credit?
No problem. You just pay the difference at your appointment.
Does my credit expire?
No. Unused credit rolls over every month with no limit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops all future payments, and any credit already on your account stays available to use.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Do I get any complimentary treatments?
Yes. Bronze, Silver and Gold subscribers receive 2 complimentary treatments per 12 months, available after 5 consecutive monthly payments. Platinum subscribers receive 4 per 12 months, available after just 2 consecutive monthly payments.
Are there any rules for complimentary treatments?
They must be booked in advance, are subject to availability, and must be used within your 12-month period. They can't be exchanged for cash, credit or other services unless agreed with us.
Can someone else use my credit?
Yes, friends or family can use your credit with your consent. Please keep your booking code private, as you remain responsible for how your account and credit are used.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel late or miss your appointment, the cost of the booked service may be deducted from your credit, or paid directly if you don't have enough credit. Appointments are subject to availability and aren't guaranteed until confirmed.
Are there any offers or discounts?
We may offer promotions from time to time. These may have extra terms and can be withdrawn at any time.
Can the terms change?
Yes. We may update our terms at any time, and changes take effect once published or notified to subscribers.
