We have 3 different microneedling pathways at SE1. The DermaFrac is the kindest and more based around a traditional facial as it also includes microdermabrasion & LED. Then we step it up a gear with our pen microneedling. Upto 1mm is carried out by our practitioners Silvia and myself, then above 1mm, our wonderful team of doctors carry out this procedure.
DermaFrac is 0.5mm as is all you require for skin rejuvenation. When pen needling, even carrying out a treatment at less than 0.5mm, would feel much more intense than the DermaFrac and therefore the result is stronger and the downtime is longer.
What's great about the pen needling, is that we can vary the depth to address more problematic areas such as mild scarring.
