NOVEMBER'S GROUNDBREAKING OFFER

Model call for SEFFILLER® & SEFFIHAIR®

SEFFILINE® have SEFFILLER® and SEFFIHAIR®, these are fat-transfer/regenerative kits/techniques that use the patient's own fat tissue to harvest stem cells, growth factors and exosomes to fill volume and rejuvenate skin or stimulate hair growth, rather than using a traditional HA based filler or an animal based polynucleotide or exosomes. This procedure aims for a more natural, longer lasting effect by harnessing your body’s own regenerative capacity.

THESE ARE GROUNDBREAKING TREATMENTS THAT ARE SET TO CHANGE THE WAY WE PRACTICE REGENERATIVE MEDICINE.

This technology has been around for 6 years outside of the UK and we are launching this incredible regenerative medicine treatment to the SE1 clinic!

In a little more detail...

SEFFILLER® & SEFFIHAIR® are regenerative medical treatments that use your own fat tissue (autologous adipose tissue) along with the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) containing adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) to rejuvenate skin & subcutaneous tissue.

They are a type of regenerative therapy rather than just conventional 'off the shelf' polynucleotides or hyaluronic acid. The device is a single use kit and contains the tools to harvest fat tissue from the patient's stomach or inner thighs, prepare it in a closed sterile system and then graft it into the target area.

How SEFFILINE® works

  1. Harvesting: A small amount of fat is taken from a donor area, commonly abdomen, or inner thighs under local anaesthesia.

  2. Preparation: The fat tissue is minimally manipulated, in a closed sterile system via the kit, to preserve the stromal vascular fraction which is rich in ADSCs, mesenchymal stem cells.

  3. Grafting/Injection: The prepared fat/stem cell enriched tissue is then injected into the desired area, for example face, hands or décolleté, to restore volume and promote regenerative effects of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Or, the scalp to promote hair growth.

  4. Regeneration & effect: Because stem cells are involved, the benefits include improved skin tone, texture, firmness, volumisation and a more natural long term effect compared with traditional products.

What SEFFILINE® is used for

SEFFIFILLER® - Volume loss in facial areas, cheeks, temples and under‐eye hollows and improving skin quality, tone, firmness and radiance.

SEFFIHAIR® - To encourage hair thickening and regrowth

It can also be used on other parts of the body such as hands, décolleté, sometimes arms.

Because it uses the patient's own tissue, it may be preferable for people who are concerned about synthetic fillers, foreign materials or immune reactions.

Advantages & claimed benefits

As tissue is autologous i.e., from your own body, this reduces risks of allergic reaction or foreign body responses.

SEFFILINE® more natural in that sense and may provide longer lasting results than typical aesthetic medicine products. For example, “the cells live” rather than the traditional material simply dissolving.

Potential regenerative effects, this is not just filling volume, but improving skin quality, microcirculation, and tissues.

  • Things to know / limitations

It is still a medical procedure and should be carried out by an experienced aesthetic/medical professionals. (This would be Dr Lorenzo, UK chief medical officer and trainer for Seffiline UK)

Whilst immediate volume effect may be visible, the regenerative effects, firmness and improved skin texture, often appear gradually over 2-3 months.

Because fat is harvested and re-injected, there are donor site considerations, harvesting site swelling, bruising and injection‐related downtime. Though the marketed downtime is modest,1-2 days.

It is more invasive than simple injectable product which typically just has filler material injected without the harvesting step.

Results depend greatly on practitioner skill, patient’s anatomy and health, and realistic expectations.

If you would like to be considered as a model for this procedure at Dr Lorenzo's training school, here is the information to consider

  • £450 instead of £1,400

  • MODELS REQUIRED FOR HAIR GROWTH & FOR FACIAL REJUVENATION OR TEAR TROUGH REJUVENATION

  • Dr Lorenzo will carry out the procedure

  • 28th November 2025 10.30am to 1.30pm (you must be available during this timeframe)
