AN END TO THE 6 YEAR DETERIORATION AND TUMBLE WEED VIBE AFFECTING THE CORNER OF MILL STREET
Private healthcare options locally and an opportunity to alleviate some of the heavy burden on the NHS in SE1

We have been fighting an extremely frustrating battle since Feb 2025 when we announced our exciting news, that our offer had been accepted to lease Unit 4, Mill Street - yep, that's the one, empty for 6 years and slowly starting to deteriorate due to abandonment.

We teased you with our incredible new medical services in preventive screening, reactive same day GP services & regenerative medicine treatments!

Fast forward to a hair's width before June, and we are still not up and running. It's heartbreaking.

The reasons for this delay is super super easy to sort. We have the backing of the landlords, the RTM in the building, local businesses but yet the lease holding group are refusing to grant our request. In turn, they are stifling the local economy, erasing job opportunities and objecting to regeneration.
